This compilation addresses many general issues related to the Muslim woman and her place in society, as well as specifically addressing the important matter of the hijaab, or Islamically legislated dress code for the woman. Included are forty ahaadeeth which have been gathered and examined as to their authenticity concerning the hijaab, as well as rulings made by many of the most knowledgeable scholars of our time dealing with this crucial matter. There are beneficial advices to the Muslim woman from three eminent scholars, in which they advise the Believing woman to seek knowledge and implement it, and to be strong and sure in her practice of Islaam. The heart of the compilation is a work by Sheikh Muhammad al-Imaam, in which he clearly states the reality of the campaign that is being waged against the women's hijaab; indeed, against Islaam itself. Appendixes include common mistakes and excuses concerning the hijaab.
